The Plumbing Only plan ($79/year) covers a full plumbing system inspection. The HVAC Only plan ($199/year) covers furnace and AC maintenance for one unit. The Combo plan ($258/year) bundles both for the best value — you save $20 compared to buying them separately.
All plans include a minimum of 3 scheduled visits per year. We'll contact you to schedule each visit at a time that's convenient. A certified technician performs a comprehensive inspection and provides a written report of findings.
Members receive 15% off standard pricing on all repairs — plumbing and HVAC. The discount applies to parts and labor but excludes the service call fee. It's active immediately upon enrollment.
The HVAC Only and Combo plans cover one HVAC unit. Additional units can be added to your plan — call us for pricing on multi-unit coverage.
